The innotech tricomplex-Technology® combines three operating steps in one!
• Cleaning: various hydrocarbon solvents are combined to suit different requirements, which guarantees the reliable cleaning of surfaces. This is a basic requirement for the optimal effect of the innofluid® additive technology.
The application range of the HLW 100:
• as a lubricant for tools, machine tools, air-powered tools, bushings
• use in electrical areas as a contact spray, on electrical assemblies, cable connections, relays and plugs
• protection against the icing up of lock cylinders and locks

Important for practical applications!
§ 7 Para. 3 of the Hazardous Substances Ordinance states: (3) On the basis of the result of the substitution test in accordance with § 6 Para. 1 Sentence 2 No. 4, employers must carry out possible substitutions as a matter of priority. They must replace hazardous substances or processes with substances, compounds, products or processes that are not hazardous or are less hazardous to the health and safety of workers under the respective conditions of use.
What this means for companies is: preference for non-hazardous products. Due to the propane-butane mixture contained in the HLW 100 which ensures “that the active substance comes out of the can”, only the flame symbol is required as a hazardous substance label (GHS). Other than that, no hazardous substance labelling is necessary. The HLW 100 is therefore also an intelligent, practical solution for every company’s three main interests: occupational health and safety, environmental protection, consumer protection!

• Lubricating: thanks to adhesion by the active lubricating substances in the innofluid® additive, permanent smoothing of the surfaces takes place. Friction resistance is decreased and energy consumption is reduced by up to 30%. A dual effect is created on the lubricated surface, which prevents dust from adhering. The surfaces remain clean and guarantee long lubrication intervals.
• Protecting: the special components of the innofluid® additive ensure reliable (metallic) corrosion protection throughout the entire lubrication interval.
