The criteria for initial lubrication
• Initial lubrication is carried out by the manufacturer. The main focus here is on corrosion protection, as the chain may be stored for a long time before it is installed.

The consequences
• Such lubricants form a sticky lubricating film that also binds dirt and dust.
• They oxidise or resinify and the surface becomes sticky.

The problem
• Fresh lubricant is applied to the dirty surfaces.

Die Lösung
2011 wurden im Zuge von Reparaturarbeiten an einer Seilwinde einige neue Zahnräder eingesetzt. Alle Zahnräder der Slipanlage werden seither mit Innotech Helles Ketten- und Seilfett HKS 135 eingesprüht. In regelmäßigen Nachschmierintervallen von ca. 4 Wochen werden die Zahnräder nachbehandelt und so vor Verschleiß geschützt. Seitdem wurden keine Pittings mehr festgestellt.
Fazit:
Die Kostenersparnis seit 2011 ist enorm, weil keine Zahnräder mehr ausgetauscht werden mussten. Durch den Einsatz von Innotech Helles Ketten- und Seilfett HKS 135 wurde auch die Verfügbarkeit der Slipanlage erheblich verbessert.
